Our company specializes in the prototype and mass production of thermoplastic elastomer products. By utilizing 3D printers, we can create prototypes without the need for molds. There is no need to create molds before considering manufacturing. Even for injection molding with challenging thermoplastic elastomers, we have extensive technology and experience, and we can accommodate mass production. 【Recommended for those who:】 ■ Want to create a single prototype to consider the shape ■ Want to make a prototype close to the final product for final decision-making ■ Want to conduct prototyping with mass production in mind to confirm stable mass production *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us as well.

Free membership registrationIn plastic molding, are you facing issues such as "bubbles occurring due to insufficient drying..." or "the blow drying time during molding is too long..." in the drying process of injection molding? These concerns arise because there is a drying process in the first place. At Araki Plastic's facilities, we can offer solutions that eliminate the drying process and resolve these issues. Please feel free to consult with us. 【Benefits of Eliminating the Drying Process】 - No occurrence of voids (bubbles) or silver streaks - No change in cost compared to conventional molding methods - Reduction in defect rates due to insufficient drying *You can view details such as molding machines from the <PDF download>. Feel free to contact us!

Free membership registrationOur company offers flexible production systems and a quality-focused management system that enable plastic molding processing tailored to the diverse needs of our customers, from material selection and prototyping to mold creation and mass production. 【Features of Direct Pressure Molding】 - There are no restrictions on the types of materials used. - Sufficient molding pressure is applied to the cavity, allowing for precise molding. - High-strength molded products can be created by utilizing the properties of the resin, as there is no material orientation. - Since the molding material is directly poured into the open mold, there is minimal material loss from sprues, runners, or other components. - Direct application of molding pressure to the product makes it suitable for molding large or thick products. - Direct application of molding pressure to the product results in lower internal stress in the molded items. - Opening and closing the mold during molding makes it difficult to achieve dimensional accuracy in the thickness direction. - Easy to insert inserts. - Burrs are thick and require time for finishing. *For more details, please contact us or download our catalog for further information.

Free membership registrationThermosetting Injection Molding: What is Direct Pressure Molding? Direct pressure molding involves placing measured molding material into the heated cavity of a mold and applying pressure using a compression molding machine to cure it. This molding method is one of the oldest in various plastic molding techniques and is a representative method for thermosetting resins (plastics). 【Examples of Processed Products】 ■ Sirocco fans and propeller fans ■ Welding machine parts ■ Textile machinery parts ■ Construction machinery parts ■ Recycled PET molded products *For more details, please contact us or download and view the catalog.

Free membership registrationWhat is thermoplastic injection molding? It is a method of obtaining molded products by injecting heated and melted material into a mold, followed by cooling and solidification. Our company offers flexible production systems and a quality-focused management system, enabling us to meet the diverse needs of our customers through plastic molding processing, from material selection and prototyping to mold creation and mass production. We perform molding with both thermoplastic and thermosetting resins and can also accommodate ultrasonic welding, UV printing, silk screen printing, resin plating, and painting processes. Additionally, we have established a comprehensive system and structure to deliver high-quality products, including stabilizing production using CAE and conducting performance evaluations and dimensional performance checks. [Examples of processed items] ■ Sirocco fans and propeller fans ■ Welding machine parts ■ Textile machinery parts ■ Construction machinery parts ■ Recycled PET molded products *For more details, please contact us or download our catalog for more information.

Free membership registrationAt Shinaki Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., we contribute to the preservation of the global environment through recycled products made from recycled PET bottles. Used PET bottles are collected and gathered at collection points in cities and towns, where they undergo various processes to become a material called flakes, which are then sent to processing factories and textile factories. In the processing factories, the flakes are passed through processing machines to form pellets. After that, moisture is removed, and they are treated at 140°C for 4 hours to achieve a crystallized state before being sent to processing machines for molding. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationAt Araki Plastic Industry, we have plastic molding technology that can accommodate various materials and applications. "Injection molding" is a popular molding method that involves filling a mold with molten plastic, which is heated inside a screw, and then solidifying it through cooling or heating. Additionally, there are widely used molding methods for thermosetting resins, such as "compression molding" and "vacuum molding," which shapes the material by removing air from inside and closely adhering it to the mold. 【Main Molding Methods】 ■ Injection Molding ■ Compression Molding ■ Extrusion Molding ■ Blow Molding ■ Vacuum Molding *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.
