The MEMS gyro sensor boasts world-class precision with its single-axis gyro. This product is the successor to the CRH02, and it has achieved lower power consumption as well as improvements in noise and drift compared to the CRH02. The measurement range can be selected from five options. An OEM version without a case is also available for embedded use.

The CRS39 is one of the high-precision MEMS gyro series manufactured by Silicon Sensing Systems. It is optimized for drilling-related applications, focusing on bias stability, angle random walk, and low noise, while capable of operating at high temperatures up to 110°C. It offers performance equivalent to that of a FOG (fiber optic gyro). Our products are utilized in positioning systems for vessels such as ROVs and AUVs, as well as in monitoring and controlling hull movements. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 110°C, with a focus on bias stability, angle random walk, and low noise. It is thinner than the previous model CRS39, and its performance has also improved. Its elongated shape makes it particularly suitable for underground drilling-related applications.
