"ArkWave" is an editing and analysis software that allows for easy processing (editing) and analysis of seismic waveform data, and can also generate waveform data such as compatible seismic waves. It features an automatic loading function that does not require specifying the seismic waveform file format. Additionally, it can be used as a format conversion program for seismic waveform files. "ArkQuake" is a program for wave propagation analysis of one-dimensional layered ground based on the theory of multiple reflections and for liquefaction judgment. It is equipped with a function to automatically read seismic waveform files and supports a practical and sufficient number of layers and seismic points. The analysis results include a mode compatible with the standard program SHAKE. The deformation and acceleration results can be visually confirmed through an animation function for dynamic response. The liquefaction judgment complies with two standards: the 2012 Road Bridge Design Guidelines (Seismic Design Edition) and the Handbook for Liquefaction Countermeasures for Reclaimed Land (Revised Edition) from 1997 (judgment based on equivalent N values and equivalent acceleration).
