The "SOSEI Method" is a unique method developed by Toyoko that allows for waterproofing, reinforcement, and insulation to be performed in a single construction process, making it suitable for the renovation of slate roofs. A special three-layer resin is sprayed to seamlessly integrate the surface. Additionally, we conduct a site survey when preparing estimates, and if requested, we can deploy a drone. 【Approved by the Aviation Bureau!】 Toyoko is authorized by the Aviation Bureau, allowing flights across "all of Japan." 【Flight Restrictions in Densely Populated Areas】 If flight plans are registered with the "Drone Information Infrastructure System" each time, flights are possible. Toyoko registers flight plans each time, ensuring safe operations. <Advantages of Using Drones for Roof Inspections> ■ No worries about stepping through slate roofs, ensuring safety ■ No risk of high-altitude falls ■ Immediate confirmation of roof conditions ■ Roof inspections completed in a short time <Our Drones> ■ Flight permission and approval from the Aviation Bureau ■ Manufactured by "DJI," the world's largest company with a 70% global market share ■ Capable of capturing high-quality images with 12 million pixels and 4K video ■ Equipped with omnidirectional obstacle detection sensors *You can view the materials via "PDF Download." Free membership registrationThe "SOSEI Method" is a unique technique developed by Toyoko that allows for waterproofing, reinforcement, and insulation to be performed in a single application, making it suitable for the renovation of slate roofs on factories and similar structures. The application is performed from the roof, using a quick-curing resin that ensures safety and enables large-scale work to be completed in a short period without halting operations. Additionally, the resin layer, which is 10mm thick, seamlessly integrates the surface. It can also seal joints (the overlaps of the slate) and hook bolts, preventing rain and wind from entering, thus helping to prevent leaks and detachment. With a roof load of 2.3 to 2.5 kg/m2, it is lighter compared to steel plate covering methods, which reduces the burden on the building structure and can lower reinforcement costs when conducting seismic work. 【Features】 ■ Excellent insulation properties that suppress attic temperature increases even on extremely hot days (can reduce by over 10°C) ■ Proven track record of no roof damage during Typhoon No. 24 in 2018 and Typhoon No. 19 in 2019 ■ Contributes to reducing the risk of roof material detachment into the building ■ Peace of mind with leak compensation for up to 10 years (for slate roofs) *You can view documents containing test data by downloading the PDF. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

By spraying three layers of special resin to seamlessly integrate the surface, it prevents gaps and cracks by blocking drafts from entering the slate joints and edges. Furthermore, with a roof load of 2.3 to 2.5 kg/m2, it is lighter compared to steel plate covering methods, which reduces the burden on the building structure and lowers reinforcement costs during seismic work. 【Features】 ■ Integrates the overlaps of slate, hook bolts, and the joints of ventilation openings ■ Contributes to reducing the risk of roof and ceiling materials falling into the building ■ Improves insulation, helping to control the rise in attic room temperature even on extremely hot days ■ Proven track record of 1 million m2 nationwide, including major manufacturers ■ Reliable leak compensation for up to 10 years (for slate roofs) *You can view documents containing test data from the "PDF Download." Free membership registration【Overview of Renovation Case】 Project Name: Renovation of Slate Roof at Warehouse in a Certain Location Location: Izumi-Otsu City, Osaka Prefecture Construction Period: April 2019 Area: Two Gable Roofs (Large Wave Slate) Construction Area: 1,856m2 【Background of Construction Method Adoption】 Due to the wind force of Typhoon No. 21 that struck in 2018, the large wave slate on the warehouse roof was cracked and scattered. The client, seeking early operation of the manufacturing line, considered repair techniques and concluded that: - Roof damage due to typhoons was occurring frequently in various locations, causing delays in responses from repair contractors. - Although the adoption of a steel plate cover method was considered, it would significantly increase the load burden on the structural framework, and there was a risk of the roof being lifted by strong winds if another typhoon struck. → *For more details, please download the PDF. Free membership registration【Overview of Renovation Case】 Project Name: Renovation of Slate Roof at a Certain Factory Location: Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture Construction Period: September 2019 Area: Gable Roof (Large Wave Slate) Construction Area: 770m2 【Background of Construction Method Adoption】 This property had a damaged skylight area due to aging, which was causing rain leaks. We considered repairs that would not interfere with the operation of the manufacturing line placed inside the factory, but since the repair of the skylight area needed to be directly applied to the slate substrate, the construction company was concerned about the risk of puncture accidents, and the repairs did not progress smoothly. Therefore, we communicated to the client that there were numerous successful cases of similar construction methods and that we had established construction know-how... → *For further details, please download the PDF.* Source: Shinjukusha Co., Ltd.
