We use two polyethylene shrink films, wrapping the product gently without applying any pressure. Changing the packaging size is easy, and the total length of the machine is within 2 meters. It can also package soft trays and deformed trays. This packaging method keeps running costs low (using a small amount of film per pack), so even with the use of shrink film, there is no increase in costs.

The operation panel is equipped with a volume dial and has a packaging capacity of 20 to 25 pieces. The 808 model packaging machine managed the temperature of the cutting table through sequencer control, while the 708 model has switched to an analog electrical circuit, incorporating multiple built-in timers that adjust and control according to temperature changes, transitioning to each set timer. Compared to the 808 model packaging machine, we were able to significantly reduce the price.

There is no registration feature, but it has adopted a touch panel, making the operation screen easy to use. The packaging capacity is up to 20-30 items. A sequencer is used for electrical control, and the increase in the packaging capacity is controlled by the sequencer to manage the rise in temperature of the cutter table.

We will wrap the H box (expanded polystyrene container). When packaging frozen items, the container itself serves as a freezer by using overlapping packaging. No air release holes will be made on the film. We will use fog-resistant film, so the products will be clearly visible.
