Is the ventilation in your home's bedroom sufficient? The "Permanent Natural Ventilation System for Bedrooms" proposed by Soundproofing Technology is a new concept in ventilation equipment that prevents micro-level oxygen deficiency in residential bedrooms. A fundamental condition for maintaining health is constant exposure to air, which contains a mixture of gases with 20.94% oxygen. The lungs, which supply the necessary oxygen to the blood flow of internal organs, function optimally when activated. The bedroom space becomes a micro-level oxygen-deficient area as the oxygen is converted into carbon dioxide and water vapor through respiration, resulting in increased demand for the lungs to supply the oxygen needed for bodily functions. ■ Features - Ventilation can be achieved without opening or closing windows. - With an opening rate of over 90%, there is minimal airflow resistance. - Completely rainproof and dustproof structure, requiring no electricity. * Installation is possible in wooden houses or apartments if functionality is prioritized. Please consult us for details on installation methods. * Snowproof and soundproof functions are also available if needed. [Patented in Japan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Would you like to participate in a study session on natural ventilation?] * If you are interested, please contact us.

Free membership registrationIs the ventilation in your home's bedroom sufficient? The "Permanent Natural Ventilation System for Bedrooms" proposed by Soundproofing Technology is a new concept in ventilation equipment that prevents micro-level oxygen deficiency in residential bedrooms. A fundamental condition for maintaining health is to be constantly exposed to air, which contains a mixture of gases with 21% oxygen. This is especially necessary during sleep. The lungs, which supply oxygen needed for blood flow to internal organs, will function actively and normally. In the bedroom space, the oxygen in the air is transformed into carbon dioxide and water vapor through respiration, creating a micro-level oxygen-deficient environment. As a result, the lungs become busier in their role of delivering the necessary oxygen to the body's functions. Particularly, capillaries may become oxygen-deficient, and the surrounding area may enter an inactive state. When exposed to fine particulate matter, the body reacts by attempting to wash it away through other functions, which can manifest as tears or nasal discharge. ■ Features - Ventilation can be achieved without opening or closing windows. - With an opening rate of over 90%, there is minimal airflow resistance. - Completely rainproof and dustproof structure that requires no electricity. * Installation is possible in both wooden houses and apartments if functionality is prioritized. Please consult us for details on installation methods. * Snowproof and soundproof functions are also available as needed.

Free membership registration"Soundproofing and Ventilation Kun" is a soundproof natural ventilation vent that uses the pressure difference in the atmosphere and does not require electricity. While maintaining airtightness (soundproofing and dustproofing), it continuously ventilates the living space with natural wind according to the wind strength and direction at that time. Additionally, even during heating and cooling, it links the living space to natural changes, keeping the entire residence in a healthy and comfortable environment throughout the year, 365 days. 【Features】 ■ Blocks dust and sound ■ Provides natural ventilation ■ Does not use electricity ■ Maintains a healthy and comfortable environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Soundproof Ventilator" is a natural ventilation system developed based on extensive experience in the field of soundproofing equipment and data obtained from various experimental results. It compensates for the weaknesses of the air environment in modern buildings surrounded by chemical building materials and exhibits excellent characteristics adapted to the climate of Japan. Fresh air flows in without opening windows, and the reduction in indoor humidity due to natural ventilation prevents heat loss from heating and cooling systems. 【Features】 ■ Soundproofing function ■ Ventilation without opening windows ■ Compact with low air resistance ■ No heat loss from heating and cooling ■ Reduces noise and prevents dust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "IKP Louver" originated from the intrusion of rainwater blown up by the sea breeze through the intake louver of an emergency generator soundproof shelter installed at the coast. It was designed to effectively prevent wind and rain without utilizing a large hood or significantly altering the exterior, while maintaining an opening ratio of over 90% and ensuring low ventilation resistance. The key idea lies in the multiplication of a large single-shaped hood. The evolution of the actual concept is illustrated in photos 1, 2, and 3. 【Basic Structure for Increasing Opening Ratio】 Figure 1 illustrates the key points of the concept. It effectively prevents rain from below against the inner vertical opening surface while keeping the outer opening horizontal, allowing for an expanded free volume.

Free membership registration【Calculation Formula for Opening Ratio】 The opening ratio is the ratio of the D dimension multiplied by the number of blades (N) to the H dimension. Opening ratio α = (D・N/H)✖100 As the D dimension increases, the opening ratio increases.

Free membership registrationThe principle of snow prevention involves installing snow-deflecting blades on the front of the IKP louver, raising the snow prevention wrap height, and preventing snow from blowing in from the front. The height of the large hood is diversified by the shape of the blades. Photo 4 shows the appearance of the IKP louver with snow-deflecting blades attached. Photo 5 depicts the situation during snowfall, where snow naturally falls off once it accumulates to a certain extent. Due to the angle of the photograph being from below, the front appears to be in a closed state because of the snow accumulation; however, in reality, it is in the situation shown in Figure 4, and the intake is hardly hindered. Additionally, in cases where a large amount of air is drawn in by fans or similar devices, the snow carried by the suction airflow collides with the IKP louver, causing the snow crystals to break apart and appear as diamond dust of less than 1 mm, which is then brought inside. As shown in Photo 5 and Figure 4, the intrusion of blown snow was effectively blocked. The snow carried in diamond dust form by the intake airflow came into contact with the rear filter and turned into water. By installing a water collection bucket between the rear filter of the IKP louver, the dead milk from the snow itself was effectively prevented.

Free membership registrationThe principle of rain protection lies in colliding raindrops carried by wind blowing from left to right against the blades, transforming them into a water film due to the surface tension of the water, and causing them to fall. Only the rain directed towards the upper rain protection limit point in Figure 3 will collide with the inner blades. Rain coming from the front or below will be blocked by the outer blades. The rain that enters will fall through the central drainage outlet and be drained to the outside. This drainage outlet is slightly separated from the wall, so it does not dirty the wall even after years of use.
