If the shape of the outer circumference of the part is important, we use Mitutoyo's "Contour Measuring Machine." If you need to check many components at once in a short time, Keyence's "Image Dimension Measuring Machine" is advantageous. • 3D measuring device

We would like to introduce the inspection equipment owned by Material Co., Ltd. One of our features is that we have 3D measuring machines at the processing site. On the first floor of our headquarters factory, we have the "Crysta-Apex S9166" (dimensions 900×1600×600mm), and on the first floor of our third factory, we have the "Crysta-Apex V122010" (dimensions 1200×2000×1000mm), with operators assigned to each measuring machine. • 3D measuring device

We would like to introduce the long-length machining centers owned by Material Co., Ltd. The "SUPER VELOCITY CENTER 2000L" has a maximum work size of X=3,048mm, Y=510mm, and Z=690mm. Additionally, for large-scale machining in all XYZ directions, we introduce the "BRIDGEcenter-6G," which has a maximum work size of X=1,500mm, Y=1,000mm, and Z=700mm. There are various product fields that require long and slender parts, such as artificial satellites, aircraft, and Shinkansen trains, but there are not many small factories in urban areas with high land prices that own long-length compatible machines requiring large spaces. • Machining Center

Our company offers cutting processing that can be produced at low cost using a continuous operation system. Many people struggle with the subtle quantities of parts for industrial equipment that are not enough to warrant creating a mold. In such cases, we propose low-cost mass production using a machining center with nighttime automatic operation utilizing a pallet changer.
