The in-mold measurement system (Mold Marshalling System) is a measurement system for injection molding that converts the behavior of resin within the mold, which has traditionally been a black box, into signals or voltage using sensors and dedicated amplifiers installed inside the mold. It outputs this data in waveform form to a computer or various measuring instruments in real-time. The FEP-06 enables larger capacity and more stable data communication than typical LPWA products.

It is equipped with various sensors necessary for control, contributing not only to the control of the module itself but also to the overall system control. ■ To prevent damage from overload, it implements temperature, overvoltage, and overcurrent limit functions using built-in sensors, as well as collision detection functions.
