• Grinding Machine

The NVGH series is a composite grinding machine that enables one-chucking processing of inner and outer diameters, tapered surfaces, end faces, and arbitrary shapes, including coupling tooth surfaces. It comes standard with a CT table. Thanks to its high-precision indexing table function, it is now possible to perform crowning processing on tapered sections, which was previously impossible. Additionally, the clamping torque rigidity has been improved to 7,500 Nm (1.8 times compared to conventional models). This is a high-rigidity, high-precision composite grinding machine equipped with a turret-type continuous indexing grinding wheel holder as standard, capable of consolidating multiple processing stages. With the ability to mount up to three spindles (external grinding axes tailored to the workpiece on the right side, left side, or both sides, as well as an internal grinding axis), it achieves process consolidation with a single chucking. The turret layout can be selected from 15 patterns, and in combination with the continuous indexing table, it supports various composite machining processes.
