We would like to introduce our products, "Steel Shot/Steel Grit." "Steel Shot" consists of spherical particles made from special steel. It is projected onto the surfaces of cast and forged products, steel plates, and shaped steel, effectively removing sand, rust, and scale (oxide layers) through its hammering effect, as well as efficiently performing peening to enhance fatigue strength through surface modification. "Steel Grit" consists of angular, polygonal particles made from special steel, providing powerful cleaning capabilities. Its chisel-like action allows for efficient etching of rolling mill rolls, surface preparation for painting, and cutting of stone materials. "STELUX CG" is a stainless steel grit that suppresses corrosion caused by residual particles and maintains corrosion resistance. It has high hardness and excellent cleaning properties, is highly recyclable, and reduces the cost of industrial waste.
