The cylinder liner is the most important component in injection molding machines and extruders. It not only transmits thermal energy to the resin and screw but also supports the harsh operation of the screw, playing a role in enabling a good screw to exhibit better transport capacity with good resin conditions. No matter how good the screw is replaced with, it is meaningless if the inner diameter of the cylinder liner is worn. It leads to stagnation, a decrease in transport capacity, and promotes screw wear. When replacing the screw, it is recommended to measure the inner diameter of the cylinder liner.
