Our company, which started with the forging of iron molds, began designing and manufacturing molds for forging aluminum, which was still rare at the time, around 1983, due to the increasing demand for aluminum parts accompanying the lightweight and precision of industrial products, particularly for automotive engine parts and suspensions. As our customer base expanded, we also started handling aluminum casting molds, enhancing our technical capabilities by responding to customer demands under our management policy of "prioritizing customer benefits." Forging is a type of plastic processing method in metalworking. By striking metal with a hammer or similar tool to apply pressure, it crushes the voids within the metal, refines the crystals, aligns the crystal directions, enhances strength, and shapes it into the desired form. Historically, swordsmiths have used this technique for manufacturing blades such as Japanese swords and the barrels of matchlock guns, and the technique has evolved alongside efforts to improve the quality of cutting tools. Metal materials are shaped by applying pressure using molds, allowing for plastic flow. Because the flow lines (fiber flow) are continuous, the structure becomes denser, making it less likely to form casting defects (voids) compared to casting, thus enabling the production of rough materials with excellent strength.

Casting is a processing method in which materials (mainly metals such as iron, aluminum alloys, copper, and brass) are heated to a temperature higher than their melting point to become liquid, then poured into a mold and cooled to solidify into the desired shape. The mold used for casting is called a mold, and the products made by casting are referred to as castings. In English, the term "casting" refers to both the process of casting and the resulting cast products.

• Inspection fixture

The comparative evaluation of 3D models and products can be visually identified. It is useful not only for product dimension evaluation but also for assessing springback in pressed products, distortion changes in welding, thickness, and elongation checks.
