We would like to introduce our deodorization device heat recovery system, "Heat Recovery." The heat exhaust from the deodorization device is recovered as high-temperature water through our unique heat recovery system. This allows for the recovery of initial costs in a very short period (1.5 to 3 years). Additionally, since we use industrial water as an indirect medium, production can continue on the existing system without any impact in case of an emergency. 【Features】 ■ Generates thermal energy without increasing energy purchase costs ■ Separates the system from existing production line equipment ■ Utilizes the heat from thermal storage when there is no exhaust heat before the deodorizer operation ■ Improved thermal efficiency ■ Adoption of high-performance thermal storage tanks *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

A super short payback period of "1.5 to 3 years" has been achieved for the initial investment recovery. The annual cost reduction, even after deducting running costs, can be around "10 million to 30 million yen." After recovering the initial investment, companies operating the deodorization units can achieve "significant energy cost savings." Additionally, "significant CO2 reductions" are also possible. With the consideration of CO2 emission trading coming soon, the "heat recovery" that allows for such a short payback period will contribute to future corporate management. Moreover, the deodorization units can be used regardless of the type, including direct combustion deodorization units, catalytic deodorization units, and fuel storage deodorization units. There is also potential for use even in other incineration facilities where exhaust heat generation is around 200°C.
