Utilizing a wide range of grinding machines and the skills of our craftsmen, we perform processing at the micron level. Our headquarters factory, where grinding processing is conducted, is maintained at a constant temperature of 20°C year-round, and we ensure the accuracy of processed products by conducting inspections using measuring instruments such as three-dimensional measuring machines and roundness measuring machines in a temperature-controlled inspection room. In recent years, to meet our customers' demands for shorter delivery times, we have established a cutting department, creating a system where we can accept orders for any products requiring grinding processing, and we receive processing and manufacturing requests from diverse companies across Japan.
