This camera is a high-speed, high-resolution monochrome line scan camera that employs a CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 8192 pixels, a data rate of 640 MHz, and a pixel size of 7×7 µm in both single and dual line configurations. It features CoaX output and can output digital data in 8, 10, and 12 bits. It also includes anti-blooming and exposure control functions, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

• Monochrome camera

The KFB080 is a 3D line profile camera with the fastest scan rate of 5.0 kHz using laser light cutting technology. The measurement range is 80±15mm in the height direction, with a maximum width of 50mm, outputting line profile data at 1000 pixels. • 3D measuring device

The KF series is a 3D line profile camera that uses laser light cutting technology with the fastest scan rate of 3.2 kHz. It supports a reference height of 200 mm ± 60 mm and a maximum width of 160 mm. The laser and sensor are integrated, eliminating the need for calibration. Height data is output directly from the camera, allowing for easy height measurement without the need for post-processing.

• 3D measuring device

The color line scan camera comes in a 3-line and 3CCD type, and this camera is a 3CCD type that is less prone to color misalignment. It is effective for image capture in situations where color misalignment is likely to occur, such as gravure printing and three-dimensional objects.

• Color camera

The FC is a high-resolution, high-speed monochrome line scan camera with a maximum resolution of 8192 pixels and a maximum sampling rate of 640 MHz (FCH800A). The camera's video output supports CameraLink (Base/Midium/Full Configuration) and digitally outputs video data in 8/10/12 bits according to specifications. Additionally, cameras with 4K and 6K pixel output are also available in the lineup. With a pixel size of 7.0μm x 7.0μm, it features anti-blooming and exposure control functions, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

In addition to exposure control and anti-blooming features, it now also includes FPN, PRNU, and shading correction, making it a higher-performance model. It offers excellent cost performance.
