Our company is currently seeking a new product development engineer (mechanical design). This is a rare opportunity for those who enjoy designing devices, assembling, adjusting, and improving them, as the work is interesting and fulfilling. Job Description To help you become familiar with and understand our series of operations, we will provide a practical training (OJT) period during which you will study the operation of existing devices and the workflow. After that, your responsibilities will include the entire product development process for new products, from "mechanical design" → "assembly/prototyping" → "trial operation adjustment" → "evaluation" → "modification of defective parts," not just design but also overseeing the completion of the device. As part of our medium-term business plan, we aim to launch at least one new product each year. All staff will work together to gather information on customer needs and industry trends to narrow down the next development products.
