The 3D external inspection machine "RV-2-3D (AOI)" achieves a significant increase in inspection accuracy with high precision resolution. Inspections are conducted based on high-precision 3D images. Additionally, we have introduced the 3D X-ray observation device "FX-400tRX," which can acquire up to 100-layer slice images, and a custom coating application device that automates moisture-proof coating for stable film formation.
