Since starting the production of precision press parts for wristwatches in 1974, our group has accumulated mold manufacturing technology and pressing technology. We specialize in parts that use thin materials (from several tens of microns) and high-difficulty drawing processes in areas such as progressive dies, etching progressive, and single dies. Processing is done using precision press machines ranging from 17 to 250 tons and hydraulic and servo press machines from 200 to 300 tons. We would like to introduce our group's core technology, which is precision and delicate sheet metal processing. With state-of-the-art machine tools, we ensure processing accuracy of 0.01 to 0.05 mm, and we can handle material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.0 mm. We achieve ultra-short delivery times for small-scale prototypes through our unique methods and total processing capabilities. • Other electronic parts

Our group has quickly recognized the potential of magnesium and has been accumulating know-how since 1998 by introducing magnesium molding machines. Currently, we own two 220t magnesium thixomolding machines and one 280t machine, which are expensive specialized equipment. In thixomolding, one of the magnesium injection molding processes, we handle a wide range of items including camera parts, PC parts, and automotive parts. • Injection Molding Machine

Molded forming is an injection molding technology that considers material specifications, precision assurance, shortened delivery times, and cost reduction for processing (production) of plastic prototype parts, small-lot production items, and limited edition products, using our unique "Block Build Method." Regarding mold forming molds, we can accommodate specifications such as NAK (hardened material), aluminum, BS (true bronze), and iron (or composite). • Injection Molding Machine

We would like to introduce 'MIM (Metal Injection Molding)' conducted at Kikuchi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This technology involves mixing metal powder with a special synthetic resin, which is then injection molded, degreased, and sintered, vaporizing only the resin to create metal parts (96-97%). It enables the production of complex metal parts that are difficult to mass-produce through lathe and machining processes.
