Sakai Oubex has established a manufacturing method for open fiber yarns that spread carbon fiber bundles into tape form, based on patented technology from Fukui Prefecture, as well as for textiles made using these open fiber yarns. Our carbon fiber products fall under the list of regulated goods in the middle column of Table 1 of the Export Trade Control Order. Additionally, products made using these materials as raw materials may also fall under the list of regulated goods.
