With our "Rapid Liquid Management," you simply need to place the original liquid (needed for concentration measurement) and the used liquid into a container such as a bottle, package it in a plastic bag, and send it by mail. We will report the diagnostic results as soon as the liquid arrives, often by the next day (the first three samples are free). By filling out the necessary information on our website and sending 100ml each of the working fluid and the raw oil agent, you will receive an email the day after the liquid arrives, detailing the condition of the working fluid and any recommended solutions if there are issues.
