We are developing methods using a 1600t forging hydraulic press and a 200t servo press. We can also manufacture multi-axis compound forming machines for press processing as dedicated machines according to your needs. We have a proven track record of solving numerous challenging cases.

We have received positive evaluations for the mold performance using the plate forging method, particularly for high-strength steel plates (SPFH590).

This is a business where the original press's technical capabilities can be fully utilized. Our engineers, who are well-versed in mold technology, maintain and manage the molds in optimal condition, allowing us to produce high-quality products consistently. In 2007, we introduced 3D measuring instruments, and in 2008, we began implementing ISO 9001, establishing a more reliable quality assurance system. Additionally, we are receiving guidance from our business partners regarding ISO/TS 16949 for the automotive industry and are partially implementing it. We are currently mass-producing automotive parts and other confidential components.
