In prototyping, there are often special sizes, so we have a complete set of taps available. With the introduction of the latest turret punch (AE255), rolling taps can now be produced using machine tools. There are several methods to join products, but this case uses a burring process. <Advantages> "There is no waste like welding spatter," and "there is no need for separate parts like rivets or screws." Unlike burring for screws, when it comes to burring for fastening, it is necessary to maximize the height of the burring process. Therefore, we change the combination of burring molds to process as high as possible. At Ushio, we own molds in increments of 0.1mm, allowing for complete flexibility in combinations.

In the case of such products, we first perform the drawing process in the initial stage, and then cut the paths for holes and shapes afterward. This is an original money clip. It can be produced in small lots. Bending like this does not require special molds; it can be done with existing molds. The engraving is done by burning the surface with a laser processing machine. Text and pattern processing can be done through cutting or silk printing.
