To transport slurry containing solid materials, it is possible to use a dedicated mechanical system for the transport. Additionally, when the flow rate of the transport liquid and the fluid velocity inside the piping are low, a micro-vibration device equipped with an ON/OFF switch is included to assist in the reproducibility of the slurry transport flow rate by applying micro-vibrations to the pump drive unit. By employing a double seal method, the straightness of the plunger and the cleaning of the rear part of the pump head can be achieved, which ensures a significant improvement in the durability of the seals. The optional digital pressure gauge (photo: above the transport pump) can be selected from five required rated pressures (5MPa, 10MPa, 20MPa, 50MPa, 100MPa) from the 6120 series. By separating the pump from the pressure gauge, maintenance becomes very easy in the event of trouble caused by slurry contamination inside the pressure sensor. The basic configuration of the online degassing device consists of three components: the chamber unit, the vacuum pump, and the control board. The chamber unit has a Teflon AF permeable membrane inside, which removes only dissolved oxygen while the solvent passes through it. However, since not only dissolved oxygen but also some gasification of the solvent can permeate, the material of the chamber unit is made of chemical-resistant resin. Similarly, the vacuum pump also experiences some gasification of the solvent, which places a considerable burden on the internal components of the pump. Therefore, durability and the possibility of being maintenance-free are questioned, and the performance of the vacuum pump significantly affects the retention time and peak sharpness (theoretical number of stages) in the analysis results, making the degassing device an important apparatus in experimental results. The control board performs various safety management tasks, such as monitoring the vacuum state inside the chamber and confirming the operation of the pump with a vacuum sensor. Additionally, by connecting an LCD display board, the current vacuum value can be checked. The device's condition can be verified in functional test mode, allowing for maintenance checks and the creation of a history (dedicated mark sheet) without stopping the analytical device.

We have developed a high-pressure liquid delivery pump (HPLC) in response to requests for a more affordable option. By improving the drive mechanics, control software, and cam of the high-performance 4000 series, we have achieved even more stable flow reproducibility. We offer seven models for maximum flow rates ranging from 3.0 ml/min to 50.0 ml/min, tailored to various usage purposes. Another feature of the 4000DX model is the orientation of the pump head; the standard configuration is front-facing, but it can also be selected for side-head (left or right) depending on your usage needs. By adding a cooling jacket to the pump head, it can be used not only as a high-pressure pump for liquid chromatography but also as a supercritical CO2 delivery pump. The combination of separate fittings and dual lock ferrules was developed to solve the problem where the entire tube twists when removing a resin tube with integrated fittings. With the advancement of bio-related analytical technologies, there is an increasing need to obtain more high-precision information from small samples. Detectors used for analyzing information often include mass spectrometers, but the liquid samples injected must be extremely small and accurate, and the delivery system must also be capable of precise dispensing. Syringe-type delivery pumps are commonly used for these conditions. This time, we have developed the 1500-type NANO syringe pump, which is newly priced competitively, more compact, and has improved performance. It incorporates constant flow rate, constant pressure delivery mode, and dispensing mode, which are essential for analysis. The syringe capacity is 250 μl, and the flow rate setting range covers a wide range from 1 nL to 100 μl. Flushing, draining, and syringe filling functions range from 10 μl to 200 μl. The operating pressure is designed to be high at 30.0 MPa, allowing it to accommodate various analyses. Additionally, by utilizing internal software, it enables easy operation. It also supports PC control for external communication, making it possible as needed. We aimed to develop a product that is significantly more affordable and user-friendly compared to conventional models.

This is a detector for ultraviolet light from a heavy water lamp, covering the range of 190 to 360 nm. Like its sister model, the 7650 type, the wavelength setting can be adjusted up to 900 nm. However, it does not have light power, but it has made use of the setting range up to 400 nm. The stability of noise and drift levels is based on a unique lamp house design and a development plan that minimizes the influence of external environments. The concept was developed with the idea of "as inexpensive as possible!"

Equipped with two light sources, a deuterium lamp and a halogen lamp, it enables a wide range of wavelength detection from 190 to 900 nm, covering ultraviolet to visible regions. The noise level is 0.00005 ABU, and it achieves a high-level high-sensitivity detector with a drift level of 0.0005 ABU/hr linearity. The response pump can be selected in three stages. The operability is greatly simplified, allowing all selections to be made with six keys (zero, marker, number up/down, menu, enter). The syringe capacity of the SLP-1030 syringe pump is 30 ml, with a flow rate setting range of 0.5 to 500 μl/min and a pressure setting range of up to 20 MPa. There are two types of delivery modes available: constant flow delivery and pressure-maintaining delivery, allowing for assistance in various research applications. Additionally, it displays the remaining volume of the syringe contents, which is very convenient for batch experiments. The automatic valves are equipped on both the suction and discharge sides, enabling automatic operation for day and night operations and flushing within the syringe when utilizing the time program. The design allows for fluid delivery up to high viscosity; however, please consult regarding viscosity. For maintenance, the pump planning mode is built-in, accumulating operating time up to 9999 hours, which is useful for daily checks and regular inspections.

Fluids such as oils and paints have high viscosity at room temperature, resulting in significant delivery errors and, moreover, making delivery impossible. Therefore, this is a constant temperature delivery pump designed to accommodate special analysis and measurement equipment that enables fluid delivery by heating the pump head to a high temperature. However, it cannot heat the fluid itself, so please heat the solvent to above the specified temperature. The basic mechanical component is a 4000 series general-purpose high-pressure delivery pump. To enhance operability and heat retention, a larger heat jacket has been added by mounting it on the side head of the 4000 series main unit, allowing for heating of the piping to prevent solidification within the pipes. The digital pressure gauge (photo: on top of the delivery pump) is separated from the 6120 series into five models with the required rated pressure for easier maintenance, and the delivery pump can also be selected from seven models with a maximum flow rate of 3.0 to 50 ml/min. Additionally, through innovations such as heat sinks from the heat block to the pump drive unit, the thermal conductivity has been improved by about 10% compared to the previous model, with a design focus on preventing grease from dripping in the drive unit. Heaters are set vertically within the heat block, and their capacity has been increased to ensure thermal stability.

Therefore, we adopted a dedicated amplifier for high-precision measuring instruments to minimize drift. In addition, it is a high-performance digital pressure gauge equipped with a wealth of features, including drift cancellation. It is designed for integration into measuring devices necessary for liquid pressure management. The basic control content is similar to the 6120 series, but it also supports sensor sockets made of inert materials (PEEK). However, the rated pressure value is up to 20 MPa. We also offer products with socket processing for the joint threads of the piping used, custom-designed cases, and internal volumes reduced to 30 μl. (Note: The inert specification has a standard volume of 70 μl.) The rated pressures can be selected from five types: 5 MPa, 10 MPa, 20 MPa, 50 MPa, and 100 MPa. This product is a culmination of technology focused on important flow stability and reproducibility as a liquid delivery pump, as well as mechanical durability for high-pressure use. The flow rate setting utilizes a unique roller dial method, allowing for easy adjustments due to its excellent operability. The maximum flow rate can be selected according to usage purposes, ranging from 3.0 to 200 ml/min. Additionally, by adding a head cooling jacket, it can be used for liquid delivery of supercritical fluids. Of course, certification for high-pressure gas can also be obtained. Furthermore, by using a slurry head, it is possible to deliver slurry liquids that contain solid materials. PEEK is an abbreviation for PolyEther Ether Ketone, a high-performance polymer developed by ICI that is highly resistant to pressure and heat, chemically inert, and biocompatible with flexibility. The PEEK tubes are identified by their inner diameter sizes using line colors. We do not handle identification for all tube colors because we cannot determine how the coloration on the internal contact surfaces might affect analysis. Additionally, we offer various PEEK line filters and solvent filters, as well as trap filters for larger impurities such as slurries and rust, which can be replaced with internal filters (available at a low cost). Although not listed in the catalog, we also have filters that are made solely with long-life mesh, which can be manufactured according to your desired micron size and larger dimensions. We provide two types of stop valves: one made of PEEK and the other made of stainless steel.

This is a peak and Teflon startup kit that combines tubes and joints suitable for ion analysis and proteins, essential for a metal-free environment in liquid chromatography analysis, along with solvent filters and inline filters. The inner diameter classification of the peak tubes is color-coded on the outside of the tubes. The color coding can be removed from the parts that come into contact with the liquid, but while there are tubes available in all colors, we do not use dyes as their impact on analysis cannot be determined. The screw size is 1/4-28 UNF. The three-way and four-way joints are made of Teflon and can accommodate all solvents. We have developed a high-performance degassing device that supplies a solvent, free of stable dissolved oxygen and without significant vacuum fluctuations, to a delivery pump. The combination of a pulse motor and our proprietary control software, along with a self-cleaning mechanism for atmospheric introduction during device operation, has achieved a long lifespan for the vacuum pump. The permeable membrane of the degassing module uses high-performance Teflon AF (amorphous fluoropolymer), which has excellent air permeability. Therefore, even with a low volume (480 microL), our vacuum pump's performance allows for a wide range of applications from micro-delivery to semi-preparative processes. In terms of OEM support, during maintenance, the status and inspection of each point can be confirmed via an LCD display, and experiments will not be interrupted even during analysis. Additionally, depending on the OEM specifications and special solvent delivery specifications, the vacuum level can be controlled to your desired setting.
