The "SBP type Sunecon" is a chainless bucket conveyor where the bucket itself is made into a chain, rather than attaching buckets to a conventional chain. It can operate with about one-third of the power compared to traditional chain-type bucket conveyors. The buckets, utilizing the properties of resin, have minimal adhesion of transported items and exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals. The "SB-type Sunecon" is a continuous bucket-type chain conveyor developed based on extensive transportation performance data. The metal buckets have a shape that minimizes spillage during transport in both horizontal and vertical sections, and the discharge section is designed for easy unloading of materials. It is suitable for transporting abrasive materials, large granules, and materials that do not tolerate classification, making it ideal for use in mining, wastewater treatment plants, and recycling facilities. The "QB Type Snecon" is a pivot-type conveyor with minimal residue inside the case. The buckets always travel in an upward direction, ensuring that materials adhering to the inside of the bucket do not fall off on the return side after discharge, thus reducing the frequency of cleaning inside the case. It allows for intermediate loading and unloading, and there is no concern about crushing or foreign matter contamination during transport. Recently, there has been a growing focus on power generation facilities that utilize environmentally friendly renewable energy, and there is a demand for small-scale systems that enable local production for local consumption by procuring fuel within the region. Since small-scale = compact is important, it is necessary to transport wood chips stored in the pit from the bottom to the top. However, conventional conveyors at certain power plants can only perform inclined transport, which inevitably requires more space, making installation planning challenging. Therefore, we introduced our sealed and vertically transporting Sunecon. By enabling vertical transport, the equipment can be made more compact, allowing for installation planning even in narrow spaces. We would like to introduce a case where Estec's Sunecon was introduced to a certain food waste composting facility and biogas power plant. The Food Recycling Law (Law No. 116 of 2000) promotes the recycling of food circulation resources. Our Sunecon plays an active role in the transportation of food waste and compost after crushing and sorting at composting facilities and biogas power plants, which were previously incinerating food waste for recycling.
