As a small and medium-sized enterprise consultant and an employee of Technoa, I strive to learn and think daily about what I can do to bring happiness to the companies and people I have connections with. Among the various ways to learn effectively, one of the most impactful methods is to actually visit "good companies" and feel the atmosphere firsthand. At Technoa, as part of our training, we have the opportunity to visit "good companies" that practice management that values people. This term, we visited two companies: Nishijima Co., Ltd., a device manufacturing company located in Aichi Prefecture, and Amano Sangyo Co., Ltd., a steel wholesale company located in Osaka Prefecture.
