The VDX3-6726, designed with high interchangeability and backward compatibility, features a 1GHz single-core (dual-core option) Vortex86DX3 and 1 or 2GB DDR3. This 3.5-inch (102 x 146mm) module is designed to replace older AMD LX800 equivalents, offering lower power consumption and higher performance, making it cost-effective. The VDX3-6726 series controller is designed for interchangeability and backward compatibility, supporting older versions of software. This allows for the extension of the lifecycle of existing products without the need for costly redesigns. The VDX3-6726 supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 (@ 60MHz) through two interfaces: VGA and 24-bit LVDS LCD flat panel.
