The "JSD Ultra-Compact Displacement Sensor" is a product designed to suppress fluctuations caused by temperature changes, with the sensor implemented in ultra-low expansion clear ceramic glass. It has been adopted for the Kyoto University 3.8m New Technology Telescope Project. The ultra-compact displacement sensor DS2001 emits energy from the sensor head and generates interactions with conductive materials such as metals. It detects this interaction and outputs a digital signal. It can also be used with non-magnetic metals.
