We would like to introduce a case study of a customer who implemented the "NR Series." The company manufactures approximately 2,000 types of injection-molded products, primarily focusing on lighting fixture components for automobiles and ships, using 40 injection molding machines. They faced challenges such as "process defects occurring for several minutes to over ten minutes during mold changes." To address this, they tested multiple models that allow for the cleaning of water pipes without disassembling the molds. They decided to implement the "NR-1100," which demonstrates high cleaning capability using only water and air, without chemicals, and excels in environmental adaptability. As a result, they successfully transitioned from "reactive maintenance," which addresses issues after they occur, to "preventive maintenance," which involves regularly cleaning the water pipes. This change led to a reduction of process defects after mold changes by up to 90%. [Problems] - There were many process defects during startup due to dirt in the cooling water pipes of the molds. - Disassembling and reassembling the molds took time, preventing thorough cleaning of many molds. - The disassembly and reassembly of molds placed a heavy burden on workers, leading to a "reactive maintenance" approach where cleaning was done only after problems occurred. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our "Low-Pressure Composite Water Flow Cleaning Machine." This machine shakes a fluid that properly mixes air with water without using any chemicals, generating cavitation with controlled shock waves that polish the inside of pipes like a wire brush. Additionally, by incorporating both nanobubbles and microbubbles, it achieves a high cleaning effect. Due to its cleaning method, which intentionally leaves a very stable high-density oxide film at the boundary between the pipe material and sludge, there is no need for re-coating to generate the oxide film that is essential in chemical cleaning machines. 【Features】 ■ Compliant with ISO 14001 ■ Cleans with only water and air, so it does not damage molds ■ The cleaning method is simple, and disassembly and reassembly of the target object are unnecessary ■ Environmentally friendly design, cleans with water and air, and recycles the cleaning water ■ The size of the cleaning machine can be selected based on the size of the target object *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
