In addition to digitally displaying water temperature, set temperature, and ambient temperature, the device is equipped with various operational lamps and features alarms for issues such as reverse phase, compressor overload, pump overload, refrigerant pressure abnormalities, sensor abnormalities, water temperature abnormalities, and low water level, making the operational status of the device immediately clear. • Cooling system

We would like to introduce our wet water cooling circulation device. By simultaneously mixing various chemical solutions in appropriate amounts and maintaining the water temperature of the wetting liquid at an optimal and stable level, the quality of printing is improved. Furthermore, it helps to reduce issues such as ink emulsification and scumming (ground dirt), allowing for a more stable balance between water and ink. "CooWel" is a water cooling circulation device that is fully equipped with features to help understand driving conditions. In addition to eight alarm functions, it adopts a touch panel that allows monitoring of the operation status of the pump and refrigeration unit. It also fully enhances features that help grasp operational conditions, such as individually displaying water temperature, ambient temperature, and set temperature in digital format. Additionally, it is equipped with functions such as circulation water recovery, remote control, and two-mode water temperature control. In addition to enhanced alarm functions covering eight items such as reverse phase, alcohol residue warning, compressor overload, pump overload, refrigerant pressure abnormality, water temperature abnormality, and sensor abnormality, it also features a function that displays the operating status of the pump and compressor on a monitor. Furthermore, it is equipped with functions that help monitor operating conditions, including the ability to digitally display water temperature and set temperature separately, as well as the surrounding temperature. Additionally, external alarm terminals are provided to output these alarms to remote locations, such as the operation stand of printing machines. Through parameter settings, water temperature control can be set within a range of ±0.1 to ±9.9°C, allowing for high-precision water temperature control.
