The "NEO" is an automatic surface treatment device designed to accommodate process changes by limiting specifications such as maximum jig size, heating capacity, and allowable electrolysis current values, making a lineup of standard models possible. The "D.D. Water Removal Drying Device" eliminates the adhesion of dust and other contaminants through a non-contact method with the workpiece (such as printed circuit boards). In the drying oven, only the thin film of water on the surface of the substrate is evaporated, resulting in energy-saving effects. The "B.D.D. Suction Drying Device" allows for drying at the contact points by forcing hot air to pass between the workpieces. For example, it can be used for workpieces such as "parts that are prone to chipping or bending," "parts that are prone to staining," "parts with bag holes," and "very fine parts."
