The CGS fluidized bed jet mill can achieve fine grinding from d97=2μm to d97=70μm. There is a wide range of machine sizes available, from research lab machines and small production machines to large production machines, accommodating grinding capacities from several kg/h to several t/h.

The s-JET system is a new grinding system evolved from the fluidized bed jet mill "CGS." By using steam instead of compressed air, it achieves dry grinding down to sub-micron levels. The previous manufacturing process, which involved four steps: wet grinding → dewatering → drying → disaggregation, can now be accomplished in just one step, contributing to increased production efficiency and reduced equipment costs.

A compact laboratory steam grinding device developed based on the s-JET (Steam Jet Mill). All necessary equipment, including the raw material feeding feeder, grinder, product collector, control system, and steam boiler, is integrated into a single unit. Sample production is possible with a very small amount of raw material.

The e-JET system enables a 30% energy saving through the optimization of grinding conditions. Products that could only be economically produced with mechanical grinders can now be produced more cheaply with the e-JET system, without incurring wear-related costs.

The CONDUX impact mill crushes the input materials through impact and shear actions inside the grinding chamber. By using different grinding rotors and various stators, a wide range of grinding options is possible.

The CSM classifier mill is an impact micro-pulverizer equipped with a classification wheel inside, capable of simultaneously performing grinding and micro-classification. The number of devices is reduced, resulting in lower capital investment compared to conventional methods. By minimizing coarse powder contamination to the extreme, it is possible to achieve an accurate cut point and sharpen the particle size distribution.

CFS/HD-S (HD = High Dispersion) has a structure that makes it easy to fluidize the raw materials, promoting high-efficiency dispersion of the raw particles and enabling a sharp particle size distribution. Inside the classifier, there is no mixing of the coarse powder after classification and the feed material. Efficient classification is possible with a single classification wheel instead of a complex array of multiple classification mechanisms.
