Regarding our OXYMAN series products (OXYMAN, OXYMAN Plus; hereinafter referred to as this series), we regret to inform you that the maintenance (repair, calibration, modification, etc.) period is limited to the end of the year that marks 15 years since their manufacture. For customers who wish to continue using these products, we would like to inform you about our trade-in program (with discounts) for the series you are currently using. For inquiries regarding the manufacturing date and trade-in price of your current series, please contact our Kasama office. Thank you very much for your continued support of our products. Our oxygen monitor OXYMAN series (OXYMAN, OXYMAN Plus) includes both built-in and separate types. For the built-in type, the method for replacing the oxygen sensor is as follows: <Send the entire oxygen monitor unit from the customer to our company → We will replace the built-in sensor and adjust the span → We will return it to the customer> In contrast, for the separate type, in addition to the above method, we also accept orders for the separate sensor unit (oxygen sensor, case, and sensor cable unit) individually. (In this case, the replacement will be done on the customer’s side.) When placing an order, please be sure to include the serial number of the oxygen monitor unit to which the sensor unit will be connected (as indicated on the label on the back of the unit). Please note that if a considerable amount of time has passed since the purchase of the oxygen monitor unit (more than 8 years) or if there are issues with the oxygen monitor unit itself, we recommend following the same method as for the built-in oxygen sensor. Daily Inspections by Users 1) Operation confirmation at the start of each work shift (displaying around 20.9% and stable) If the displayed value is unstable, it indicates sensor degradation, and sensor replacement is necessary. * 2) Atmospheric calibration using the "CAL" button approximately once a month (displaying 20.9%) Even within a month, if the displayed value deviates below 20.4 or above 21.4, please perform this atmospheric calibration. This operation updates the sensor's remaining capacity. When it reaches 1 block remaining, please promptly arrange for sensor replacement. * * Please contact us at the contact information below. 2. Inspections and Calibration by the Manufacturer 1) For purposes other than oxygen deficiency monitoring, the contents of 1. above apply. 2) In cases where the oxygen monitor's malfunction is treated as an accident when used continuously for oxygen deficiency monitoring, in addition to 1. above, we recommend planned regular maintenance (every year).
