Our company has newly introduced the servo bending machine "EGB6013e" in February 2025. With the latest equipment, we expect to significantly improve productivity. Due to the discontinuation of production for the faulty parts of the 50-ton bender "FαB-5012," which we have been using for many years, we decided to introduce a new model as it has become difficult to procure parts in the future.

On January 18, 2025, our company has newly installed the simple NC lathe "TAC-650 L15" manufactured by Takizawa Iron Works. As a result, along with the already introduced same model "TAC-650 L10," our capability to process long materials has been further strengthened, leading to improved efficiency and quality in the production line. The newly introduced "TAC-650 L15" has a distance between centers of 1500mm, allowing it to accommodate sizes up to 500mm longer than the previous model.

In September 2024, our company commenced full-scale operations at the newly completed fourth factory. The fourth factory features a machining workshop and a large-item welding workshop on the first floor, and an inspection department on the second floor, further enhancing production capacity and strengthening quality control.

Our company has newly introduced the Okuma five-axis machining center "MU-6300V-L" on October 19, 2024. This equipment is an addition following the already installed identical machines. With the expansion of the machining centers, we aim to further improve productivity and machining accuracy, establishing a system that can respond to a wider range of needs.
