We have newly introduced the Okuma CNC lathe "LB3000 EX III." Together with the already operational "GENOS L300H-MY," we have established a system that can accommodate a wider range of sizes and shapes for parts processing. The new machine is equipped with stable machining accuracy and high rigidity, allowing for minimal deformation and precision loss even during long hours of continuous processing, enabling smooth operations. Additionally, it comes with a counter (sub) chuck, allowing for continuous processing of both sides, significantly reducing man-hours (setup time). We will continue to respond to our customers' diverse needs through the expansion of our facilities.

We have updated our wire cut electrical discharge machining equipment and introduced the "MV2400S D-CUBES" to replace the previous Mitsubishi Electric "FA20S" (introduced in September 2025). The new machine features improved machining accuracy, high-speed response, capability for processing large parts, and enhanced operability, contributing to increased production efficiency and high-quality machining.
