As a prism version of <CSV (Corn Side Viewer)>, it supports image processing for the side shape, foreign objects, and dimensional measurements of cylindrical parts. It is suitable for small-diameter workpieces. Custom and semi-custom options are available. Please consult us first.

The corn side viewer enables the inspection of the side shapes of cylindrical molded products, which has traditionally been difficult, as well as inspections for scratches, dirt, and the quality of printed designs and text. Additionally, by simplifying the inspection method, it allows for the realization of inexpensive inspection equipment.

The "catheter holder" is a device designed to securely stabilize the catheter connection point so that it does not come into contact with the surrounding area. When connecting a route to a catheter inserted into the body, if the connection point touches other objects, cleanliness cannot be maintained, increasing the risk of infection. However, performing the connection work while holding the catheter with one hand to avoid contamination can be challenging for inexperienced staff. By using the "catheter holder," the catheter can be fitted and secured in the groove section. This keeps the connection point suspended in the air, maintaining its cleanliness. Additionally, it allows both hands to be free during the procedure.
