The NH-O type white smoke removal device removes white smoke and oil mist that cannot be eliminated by water washing. All gas contact parts are made of FRP, providing sufficient corrosion resistance. Since white smoke and oil mist have particle sizes smaller than 1μm, they cannot be removed by general filters. The pollution prevention device, the small scrubber model NW-K, is a compact scrubber developed for low exhaust volumes. The gases emitted from small hoods and equipment often contain substances and reaction byproducts, and releasing them directly into the indoor environment, regardless of the amount, is not good for occupational health. The NW-Y type exhaust gas cleaning device for pollution prevention is lower in height compared to traditional vertical types, making it less visible from roads and residential areas when installed on rooftops, and it can also be installed indoors. When installed on rooftops, it allows for weight distribution of the operational load, making it easier to install in existing buildings. It is compact yet achieves cleaning efficiency equivalent to that of vertical types. Additionally, it uses three-dimensional special structure plastic filament pads from KIMRE Inc. in the United States as filling material. The NW-O type exhaust gas cleaning device for pollution prevention is the most standard type among exhaust gas cleaning devices used for treating harmful gases emitted from laboratories, factories, etc. The gas contact parts are made entirely of rigid PVC, providing sufficient corrosion resistance. The target gases are acidic and alkaline gases, but it is also possible to manufacture for other gases, high-temperature gases (above 60°C), and treatment air volumes not listed below. Regarding the draft chamber and the BT-type exhaust hood utilizing artificial tornadoes, in the current laboratory setting, local exhaust devices such as draft chamber hoods are common. However, for the first time in the world, a high-performance, laminar flow local exhaust device, the BT series, has been completed in Sweden, applying the principles of tornadoes. Tornadoes occur over the sea or in vast plains, and they are phenomena where the suction power of the central core draws in surrounding air. This suction phenomenon is artificially generated within the hood, creating a device called the Tornado Hood, which ensures a uniform intake airflow speed (laminar flow exhaust) at the front opening of the hood. Because the intake at the front of the hood is laminar (with uniform speed), turbulence and vortices do not occur, ensuring the safety of the experimental operators.
