(Chuo Ward, Osaka) will launch four models of the mold temperature control device "MC6 Series," which achieves stable discharge capacity and advanced temperature control, in December 2024. This device accommodates large molds and multiple cavity molds, enabling stable temperature management even in molds where the number and shape of water channels have become complex and temperature management has become challenging, all while maintaining a generous discharge capacity. Furthermore, by precisely controlling the temperature within the mold, it contributes not only to the production of high-quality molded products but also to cost reduction through shorter molding cycles. The MC6 Series significantly contributes to the stabilization of molding quality as a new solution for mold temperature management.
