We offer various evaluations for the resistance of products and components to vibration, vibration plus temperature, and humidity, starting with "Mechanical Strength Testing." We also provide "Bonding Strength Testing," which measures the bonding condition of products and components and provides quantitative data, as well as "Solder Heat Resistance and Solderability Testing," which assesses the heat resistance of semiconductor packages and the solderability of mounting terminals.
