Boron nitride, known as "white graphite," generally has a layered structure similar to graphite and is an excellent material for lubrication and release properties. It has excellent thermal shock resistance and is difficult to wet (react) with molten metals and molten glass. Due to its good machinability, the processing cost is comparable to that of carbon materials.

This is a lubricant release agent that disperses hexagonal boron nitride powder, known as white graphite, using our unique technology. We offer a spray type that is easy to use and a slurry type suitable for large-scale applications. The dispersant in the spray type uses harmless isopropyl alcohol. Please consider alternative materials to resolve issues when using carbon jigs (such as dirt adhesion to products and carburizing). Due to good machinability, the processing cost is equivalent to that of carbon materials.
