We have made it possible to manufacture at stress limits using a new high-stress, high-strength, ultra-lightweight material (SWI200) and a three-dimensional coil ring machine (plasma projection cutting). We take pride in our down suspension being the best in Japan.

• Axle parts

Due to the membrane pressure being about 1mm, it will result in a higher load than the usual design values, and consideration must be given to the adhesion of the coating to the seat winding section during design and manufacturing. Therefore, different know-how is required compared to standard compression springs. Our company has accumulated this know-how over more than 15 years.

• Other machine elements

We own one of the few large coil ring machines controlled by computers in the Kansai region, allowing us to handle both small lots and mass production at low prices. We take pride in being able to deliver high-quality products in every aspect compared to other companies. If you have any demand for various types of springs, please feel free to leave it to us.
