Would you like to create your own unique business card holder? You can print anything from your favorite photo taken with a digital camera to illustrations you created, starting from just one piece. You can also include your name in the photo. Pet photos, children's photos, grandchild's photos—anything is fine. It can be used for purposes other than a business card holder as well. Free membership registrationPad printing (tampo printing) is a method where ink is placed into a flat plate (steel plate) that has a pattern etched into it, and a curved silicone rubber transfer pad is pressed down from above to transfer the ink onto the item being printed. As a printing technique, a printing negative created from artwork or text (pattern) is exposed to a metal plate coated with a light-sensitive resin called photoresist, which is then etched to create the recess. By pressing the silicone rubber transfer pad, which is non-affinitive to the ink, the ink adheres to it. Typically, pad printing uses ink specifically designed for pad printing, but screen printing ink can also be used as a substitute. For more details, please contact us.

Free membership registrationA type of screen printing that effectively utilizes the screen's mesh Kawashima Meiban Co.'s screen printing 【Features】 ○ Instead of applying ink to the plate for printing, this method involves making holes in the plate and rubbing ink through them. ○ Ink is placed on a silk screen that has been hardened with emulsion in areas not needed for printing, and the ink is transferred by rubbing with a squeegee. ○ When printing in multiple colors, it is possible to print the desired design by layering plates of different colors multiple times. ○ While silk printing excels at printing on flat surfaces, it can also be adapted for printing on curved surfaces by creating special fixtures. ● For more details, please contact us.

Free membership registrationImprovement of aluminum's corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and decoration! Kawashima Nameplate Co.'s "Anodized Printing" 【Features】 ○ By using dilute sulfuric acid to electrolyze aluminum as an anode, the surface of aluminum is electrochemically oxidized to produce an aluminum oxide (Al2O3) oxide film. ○ Generally, a honeycomb-like structure is created with dissolved pores (called porous), forming a porous film ranging from several micrometers to several tens of micrometers, which is then hydrated by boiling water, nickel acetate, or high-temperature aqueous solutions, and pressurized steam to seal the pores and enhance corrosion resistance, resulting in a marketable product. ○ Utilizing the characteristics of the porous film, organic dyes and other substances can be adsorbed into the pores for coloring. ● For more details, please contact us.
