[Online Seminar] Overview of Power Variation Test Standards for On-Board Equipment Installed in Electric Vehicles (ISO 21780:2020, ISO 21498-2:2021)

In recent years, automobile manufacturers have been promoting hybrid and electrification, increasing the voltage necessary for electrification to high voltage. Consequently, the importance of resistance to voltage fluctuations in onboard devices operating at high voltage has grown. The requirement standard for electrical and electronic components in vehicles equipped with an electric system (mild hybrid system) operating at 48 V DC, ISO 21780: 2020, was issued in August 2020, and the requirement standard for electrical and electronic components in vehicles equipped with an electric system (full hybrid system, electric system only) operating at 60 V DC or higher (voltage class B), ISO 21498-2: 2021, was issued in March 2021.
This seminar will explain the power fluctuation standards for onboard devices necessary for hybrid and electrification in automobiles, specifically the outlines and testing methods of the standards "ISO 21780" and "ISO 21498-2." Please use this opportunity to gather information on the standards.
