Our company owns a 5-axis multi-tasking machine, the "OKUMA MULTUS U3000." With a maximum diameter of Φ650 and a distance between centers of 1,500mm, it can perform high-precision multi-surface machining with one chucking, and high-precision machining on six surfaces is also possible with synchronized opposing spindles. Additionally, as part of our environmental initiatives, we have installed a 150KW solar panel on the factory roof, which allows us to nearly self-supply the power consumption during daytime operations. Our company processes cutting of 100% cellulose nanofiber sheets manufactured by Rishou Industrial Co., Ltd. As a biodegradable material, CNF is gaining attention from the perspective of carbon neutrality, and at the G20 Energy and Environment Ministers' Meeting, label pins made from CNF-100% sheets were adopted for the SDGs color wheel. It has been evaluated for its good machinability and ink adhesion. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact to the base material.
