The automotive manufacturer Company I had three people cleaning the coolant tanks of machine tools, which took almost a whole day and had become the norm (standard operation). Therefore, we introduced 'APDQO-F'. It can be operated by one person, and the work time was remarkably improved to about 10 minutes. Additionally, for machine tools that were difficult to manage, we had been outsourcing the work, which incurred costs.
