Additionally, you can also see our in-house printer "Silicom," which can create 100% silicone rubber, a rarity even on a global scale. The "SmaPri Sonic 8K XM" is a light-curing 3D printer equipped with a monochrome 8K LCD. In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is mainstream for large lots, while machining is the norm for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments produced by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Introducing examples of cost reduction in mass production.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for airtight pieces for building components.
