Active oxygen is the strongest substance with the highest oxidation capability on Earth. For example, it plays an essential role in maintaining life by instantly sterilizing and decomposing bacteria and viruses that invade the human body through oxidation. However, it disappears in an instant. If it were to persist for a long time or be generated excessively, it would destroy brain and body cells, possessing such a high oxidative effect that all life forms on Earth, including humanity, would be annihilated. Until now, there has been no method to effectively utilize this active oxygen worldwide.
