"Roller Fresh" is designed to improve ink dissolution power by increasing the ratio of solvent components and keeping the viscosity low, resulting in better doctor blade performance. During the color change cleaning of ink rollers, hydrophilic substances such as paper dust and dampening solution components other than ink remain on the roller, preventing ink from adhering.
