Now, we would like to inform you about the release of the "Mobile Collaborative Robot Palletizer MPR-25," which will be available starting April 2023.
In recent years, there has been an increasing shortage of labor, particularly for dangerous and physically demanding tasks such as box stacking.
As a solution to this issue, we have proposed and implemented numerous fixed collaborative robot palletizers for our customers. However, many customers are still hesitant to adopt robots. To encourage more customers to consider robot implementation, we have developed and are selling the "Mobile Collaborative Robot Palletizer MPR-25" with the concepts of "easy operation," "ultra space-saving," "implementation demonstration," "low cost," and "new product adaptability."
We propose improvements in efficiency and labor-saving for palletizing by utilizing FANUC's lightweight collaborative robot "CRX-25iA," which has a payload capacity of 25 kg.
Additionally, we offer a "trial rental" program, allowing customers to use the machine on multiple lines at their facilities and experience its benefits firsthand. We encourage you to consider this opportunity for a "trial rental."
