The "PANECO," a fiber recycling board made from discarded clothing fibers, was developed by Work Studio Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiro Hara) and is sold by Moririn Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ichinomiya, Aichi; President: Shunsuke Mori). With technical cooperation from Hokushin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kishiwada, Osaka; President: Hideaki Takahashi), a manufacturer of MDF, the mass production test of the fiber recycling board "PANECO board," using the MDF manufacturing line, has successfully achieved the world's first milestone.
"PANECO board V" is a mass production version developed for the full-scale social implementation of the fiber recycling board "PANECO board," which is made from discarded clothing fibers and solidified into board form through heat curing (patented technology), similar to MDF made from wood fibers, as an environmentally friendly building material.
Using the MDF manufacturing line to mass-produce discarded clothing fibers as a recycling board is the world's first attempt.
