■Because it is a chain sling used for harsh tasks, we use high-quality alloy steel that combines nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, providing toughness and strength. ■When lifting by directly wrapping the chain (direct wrap), it is designed with a short link dimension (short pitch) to minimize the impact on the chain links that come into contact with corners. ■About the pink fluorescent color: *By applying fluorescent color to the chains used in dark environments, it becomes immediately clear where the chain is located. This allows workers to use it more safely. *It is also an effective means of rust prevention, and to enhance the adhesion between the paint and the metal, a special plating is applied between the paint film and the metal. This minimizes the peeling of paint from the chain. *When using chains that have undergone advanced heat treatment in high-temperature environments, it was necessary to consider the effects of heat. It was very difficult to visually determine if a chain had been affected after being exposed to high temperatures even once. This VIP chain changes color with temperature. If it has been used at high temperatures even once, it visually alerts the user to this fact (the color does not return even if it cools down to room temperature).

Rotate in the pulling direction while keeping the bolt fixed! Eliminate the hassle of adjustments! No special tools required.

Lateral loads on eye bolts are prohibited, but with a star point, the ring section can rotate 360° in the load direction even when the bolt is fixed, eliminating the need to constantly align the ring surface with the pulling direction. This prevents potential accidents caused by loosening of the eye bolt due to neglecting adjustments of the ring surface. Additionally, lateral lifting, which is prohibited with fixed and tightened eye bolts, becomes possible while ensuring high safety.

What is an Air Leak Tester? An "Air Leak Tester" is a device that pressurizes the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece with air and determines the presence of leaks based on pressure changes. When a master with no leaks and a workpiece with leaks are pressurized, the pressure on the workpiece side decreases, creating a pressure difference between the two. By measuring this pressure difference, the presence of leaks can be determined. Generally, differential pressure air leak testing is widely used, but Fukuda also offers products that utilize direct pressure leak testing and flow meters according to the leak rate, in addition to differential pressure leak testers. Since the air leak tester uses air as the measurement medium, it incurs no running costs and is environmentally friendly.
