At Sakura Bairin Gakuen, we have launched the "Student Data Centralization Project" with the aim of achieving data-driven educational management. We expanded the use of data to student recruitment and attempted to visualize the behavior of prospective students on our website, enabling us to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that were previously difficult to measure. However, in an environment lacking specialized personnel, staff members spent considerable time on data collection and analysis, resulting in a situation where insights leading to the next initiatives could not be identified. To address this issue, we adopted a "coaching-type outsourcing service" to support the nurturing of prospective customers on our website, allowing us to engage in data-driven improvement activities.
